Jeffrey Donovan is shirtless on the episode "Hard Time" of Burn Notice. It's been a while since his last shirtless scene on Burn Notice but it's worth the wait.

Jeffrey Donovan showed some skins again on this week's Burn Notice as he tried to sneak into a restricted area.

Jeffrey Donovan plays an ex-spy in Miami. He is adorable in the show but I haven't had a chance to watch season 2. These are captures from season 1.
